Pamela is the target of a criminal organization, which sends Samantha to eliminate her. There must be no use of weapons and Samantha is skilled in fighting and is quite sadistic.

Samantha breaks into Pamela's apartment and goes into hiding. When Pamela comes back to home, she grabs her from behind and puts an arm around her neck, making a sleeperhold grip. Pamela tries to fight, but she keeps the arm tight until she passes out.

Pamela wakes up, while Samantha is tying her up with ropes to the chair. She is still a little dazed and tries to ask Samantha the reason for all this. The hitwoman doesn't give her any answer and starts playing with her in a sadistic way. She puts the arm around her neck, keeping it tight. She cover her mouth and nose with the gloved hands several times, handsmothering her. She puts the gloved hands around her neck, strangling her. To demonstrate her supremacy, she pushes the heel of the boot over her belly too.

After several minutes of sadistic games, Samantha decides to finish her poor victim. She takes a clear plastic bag and puts it over her head. She pulls it, squishing her face, to be sure she can't breathe inside. Pamela struggles, kicks and gasps for air, while the hitwoman suffocates her without mercy until the end.
