The clip starts with a close up of Scarlet who explains she is the leader of a cult and what will do to her traitors. She removes the blindfold from the eyes of her prisoner and starts playing with him. She spits on her hands and puts them over his mouth and nose, holding his breath. She handsmothers him several times, pinching his nose and keeping the hands tight.

She spits and smothers him again and again, every time she holds his breath always longer and makes the game extreme, to demonstrate what she really can do to her traitors.

Scarlet takes a chloro cloth and puts it over his mouth nose, keeping it with both hands. The man can only breathe in it and faint.

The prisoner wakes up and Scarlet decides to continue the punishment, because he is a traitor of her cult. She puts a sock inside his mouth and gags him with duct tape. She puts on her long leather gloves, takes off her leather boots and puts her stinky feet over his nose, forcing him to smell them.

This is only the begin. Scarlet has no mercy and handsmothers the poor man several times, keeping the gloved hands tight, using different poses and holding his breath for almost two minutes.

Near the end of clip, she decides to finish all previous games and puts a plastic bag over the head of the traitor. Then she keeps his mouth and nose closed with a gloved hand, to be sure he has no air. She continues for over three minutes and this is too much for him...
